Contest Conditions for
"Coffee Quote Contest - World Poetry Day"

This contest is open to all legal residents of Belgium who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, agents, or representatives of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.

To enter the contest, the participant must like the contest post on either Instagram or Facebook.
Share your favourite coffee quote in the comment section of the post. The quote must be poetic and original.
Only one entry is allowed per participant. Any additional entries will be disqualified.
By entering the contest, the participant agrees to these official rules and regulations.

The winner will be selected based on the number of likes the comment receives on the contest post.
There will be two winners; one on Instagram and one on Facebook.
The winner will be notified through direct message or comment on the contest post.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
The winner must provide their contact information, including their full name, phone number, address and email address.

The winner will receive a package of coffee with a 50 Euro value (VAT included).
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash.
The organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.
The organizer is not responsible for any technical problems or errors that may occur during the contest.
The organizer is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the contest or the use of the prize.

Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prize.
The organizer will not share any personal information with third parties unless required by law.

This contest is subject to Belgian law.
Any dispute arising from this contest will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to comply with these official rules and regulations. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to interfere with the contest.
